There is no better trainer of following the principles of natural law than the bush itself. We give these candidates every opportunity to study their own leadership potential in situations where they will sometimes be the most competent to take the lead and at other times the least competent and need to learn to be leaders and supportive followers in these situations.

We go through big five, little five and medium five situations to heighten sensitivities to the dangers, opportunities and flexibility required in the environments surrounding us in today’s competitive world.
