In business these coach relationships started as a Covey coach a decade ago and developed into a diversity of leadership roles, with diverse people who needed guidance and programs to meet the demands of their new roles in organisations. Presentations were given to the Covey International conference in Salt Lake City showing leadership in Nature principles and successes.

Again, these commitments come with the emphasis on holistic growth so that the identification of the individual’s true passions and desires are aligned to the goals and objectives being focussed upon.

Programs and emphasis points are agreed in detail with the superior up front and then weekly or fortnightly meetings are held initially, then monthly, as progress continues. They are assessed quarterly with the superior.
