Strategic facilitation

Strategic involvement at the level of state, labour and capital has been an intricate part of Mick’s responsibility throughout the 30 years in corporate leadership. Firstly with SAB as Managing Director of Swaziland, then running the SAB distributorship as District Manager for Johannesburg and Soweto.

He has had strategic responsibility for large industrial corporations (Malbak) and the socio economic development and implementation for an even larger mining group Anglo Platinum).

Experience of advising on strategy in mining, manufacture, retail, finance, government and NGOs gives Mick the diversity to give perspective and creative options to most business environments.

The models are organic and flexible but focus on the long term sustainability of the directions and scenarios chosen.
